With a background in education and project management, I was delighted to join the Royal Parks Foundation in August 2015 as Executive Assistant to the wonderful CEO, Sara Lom. My main role is to support Sara with her busy day-to-day schedule, as well as assist our hugely supportive Board of Trustees and Senior Management Team in reaching our fundraising goals and raising awareness of the fantastic work we do across the Royal Parks.

The best thing about my job is…being part of such a talented and passionate team, and of course working in the centre of beautiful Hyde Park. Having previously worked in the hustle and bustle of Soho, the fresh air and ever-changing scenery of the Park make it a pleasure to come into work every day.

My favourite Royal Park is...Greenwich Park. Having grown up very nearby, I have a great deal of fond memories in the Park, including the many dog walks, picnics, games of rounders and visits to see the incredible view over London. It is also particularly fun in the snow with so many hills!

My favourite fact about a Royal Park is... Greenwich Park is the oldest of London’s Royal Parks and was once the hunting park for King Henry VIII!

If I were a creature in the Parks, I would be...a swan gliding around The Serpentine, watching the sun rise and set every day.

If I had a super-power, it would be…to be able to teleport myself from one place to another with the click of a finger. I’d visit a different part of the world every weekend!
