Dancer enjoys her time at Dance Alfresco in Regent's ParkOver two weekends each summer, Strictly Come Dancing's Kele Baker and her team share their time, expertise and passion for dancing at fundraising event Dance Alfresco.

With the Broadwalk in Regent's Park transformed into a glorious outdoor ballroom,  hundreds of you come along to quick-step, swirl and tango the afternoon away, all   under the expert guidance of Kele and to the fantastic music of Jacky's Jukebox.

Jiving at Dance Alfresco

We went along this Saturday to thank Kele for her fantastic support and to have a little taste of 'Dancing Al Fresco'. We arrrived to find the floor full of dancers, of all ages and abilities, surrounded by spectators and nearby picnic-ers who were smiling and tapping their toes. Everyone was having a ball! More photos can be found on our Facebook group.

After a bit of waltzing, latin and some jiving, we were hooked. How fabulous to be dancing surrounded by the trees, which this brilliant fundraising event helps to care for, now and in the future. Thanks again Kele!

Kele and friends do new dance and fitness phenomenon, FitstepsKele and friends also demonstrated new fitness phenomenon, 'FitSteps'. Mixing Ballroom and Latin steps with fitness, it's a great way to get active and have fun at the same time! Runners and spectators will also be able to try it out at the Fitness and Food Festival at the Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon on 6 October.
