It's a family affair... planting snowdrops

Well done to all the Park visitors from around the world, young and old, who helped plant thousands of snowdrops at our public planting day in Hyde Park on 22 March 2014.
Accompanied by gardeners from The Royal Parks, you used trowels, dibbers, spades and even dodged worms to get muddy and help complete the challenge of planting 100,000 snowdrops in one month.
These snowdrops will provide beautiful flora for Park visitors and an early source of pollen for bees and insects every January to March, for many years to come.
This day was part of Green Fingers in the Park, which is only made possible by the fantastic fundraising efforts of all our supporters. Thank you!
