Take your camera for a stroll through Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens with published photographer Cameron Pearce who will be on hand to help you take your wildlife and landscape photography to the next level. You will gain unique access to the wildlife and heritage of the Parks, experiencing them in a whole new light and from a new perspective.

Structure of the day:

  • The day will start with Cameron talking about some of his best shots and how he managed to capture them, giving insight into his creative thinking and the techniques he uses
  • The group will then move out into the environs of Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens to photograph some of spring's natural splendour. Cameron will be on hand, offering advice on how to take the best shots and get the most from your camera
  • The group will then return to the comfort of the Isis Education Centre to analyse the day's shots

Please note:

  • This workshop is for adults aged 18 and over
  • For intermediate level photographers
  • Please remember to bring your camera
  • Bring a packed lunch and refreshments - tea and coffee will be provided
  • Bring waterproofs - the masterclass will go ahead no matter the weather
  • Although adverse weather conditions and other factors have been considered,  it may be that the order or the theme of the day may be changed to take account of these 

About the artist:

Cameron Pearce is a successful published photographer with images used in publications such as Africa Geographic and prints sold throughout the world.

He was born and raised in South Africa, a country graced with incredible wild beauty. This fostered in him a deep respect for nature and wildlife. Soon after he completed his schooling in Johannesburg he embarked on a career as a professional safari guide. It was during these years that his love of photography developed and blossomed. His prints have sold as far afield as Switzerland and the United States and he is currently followed in over 60 different countries. He loves sharing this passion with others and is always happy to offer advice and share ideas whenever he can!
