The Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon team will be on hand to take you through the new route map for 2015, pointing out all the landmarks and things to look out for along the way. They’ll then land back in the village where the team will show you all the exciting provisions we have for you and your family after the race, including the main stage with special performances, luxury food vendors and other retailers on site.

Lucozade Sport Science Manager, Benjamin Garcia will be on hand to offer advice and answer all your hydration and nutrition questions, to ensure you leave no stone unturned during training and feel fully prepared for race day
Station 4 – Faster (Practical) – Fitness First
During this session FF will encourage runners to look at how moving through 3 planes of motion will get not just temperatures up before the run but also mobilise though joints and prepare them for the race
