Led by Cameron Pearce, an expert nature and wildlife photographer, this 6 week course will give you all the practical skills needed to start your journey into nature photography. With Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens as your playground the 6 sessions will focus on landscapes, animals in action, textures and macro photography.
By the end of this course you will:
- Understand the fundamentals of photography (Aperture, Shutter speed and ISO)
- Understand your camera’s controls and how to use them for different situations
- Learn how to correctly compose your images for maximum impact
- Learn how to approach wildlife stealthily to get near enough for that killer close-up
- Learn how to capture fast-moving subjects
- Develop creativity and begin to think outside of the box

About your tutor:
Cameron Pearce is a successful published photographer with images used in publications such as Africa Geographic and prints sold throughout the world.
Cameron was born and raised in South Africa, a country graced with incredible wild beauty. This fostered in him a deep respect for nature and wildlife. Soon after he completed his schooling in Johannesburg he embarked on a career as a professional safari guide. It was during these years that his love of photography developed and blossomed. His prints have sold as far afield as Switzerland and the United States and he is currently followed in over 60 different countries. He loves sharing this passion and knowledge with others and is always happy to offer advice and share ideas whenever he can!
