Helen Jenkins, a member of Team GB for the London 2012 Olympic Games, visits Isis Education Centre

Helen visited the Isis Education Centre a few days before the London 2012 Olympic Women’s Triathlon event. She talked to the world's press about her preparation and aspirations for this amazing event and even found time to tell Sara about what she thought of the Centre and Hyde Park, as well as a message to young people about their sporting dreams.
