Chips in the Park

Running is the foundation of many sports and guaranteed to make you feel fitter and healthier. To help 10-17 years olds to keep fit for their sport, make new friends or train for the Pulse3K race every October, we offer free athletics sessions at The Hub in Regent's Park.

Chips in the Park is led by a qualified Athletics Coach every Saturday morning and all young people are welcome, no matter what their experience. They also receive a free personal timing chip to help them keep track of their progress.

The programme has been a great success - not only do the children and coaches enjoy training together and meeting new friends, but the 2011 and 2012 Pulse3K winners also trained with Chips in the Park!
