Gloucester Gate Playground
Located close to London Zoo, in the north-east of The Regent's Park, this playground will be refurbished to create a new space for all children and families to enjoy.
This playground is very popular with local families and Park visitors alike. Although the location close to Gloucester Green in The Regent's Park, our vision is to transform this playground into a wonderful new space, in line with the current objectives of The Royal Parks Play Strategy, which encourages imaginative, physical and social play in tune with nature.
With an initial gift from The Austin Legacy, and current fundraising efforts from ourselves and Variety, the Children's Charity, we hope to transform Gloucester Gate Playground into an inspiring space for children of all abilities.
Consultation
A number of consultation workshops will be held with the local community and park users to involve them in initial ideas and future designs. More details will be available on this website and on The Royal Parks website in due course.
