Summer is here, which makes it the perfect time to get out and visit London’s beautiful Royal Parks! To make it even more exciting, we’ve planned a whole range of new events in Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens that will give you the chance to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, relax, rest your mind, and enjoy the sunshine.

1. Water Lilies and Wine

Join us for an evening of relaxation at our hidden oasis in the heart of Hyde Park. Try your hand at pond dipping, discovering all the wonderful creatures that live under the water lilies, and then take a guided stroll around Hyde Park before relaxing with a complimentary glass of wine as the sun sets!

A beautiful location and a unique, relaxing way to spend a summer evening - book now for 24 June or 22 July.

2. London’s Lungs

Take a guided walk through Kensington Gardens and meet some of the 170 species of tree; from common natives to unusual exotics that were introduced over the centuries and provide a habitat for thousands of animals.

Escape the city for an hour and a half, get some fresh air amongst our green giants and join our experienced team as they share their knowledge of our wonderful trees.

The guided walk takes place at lunchtime on Friday 17 July – click here for more information.

3. Mindfulness workshop

This inspiring mindfulness meditation session will be led by Yeotown founder Mercedes Ngoh Sieff in the heart of Hyde Park on Monday 20 July.

Using sound, breath and body mindfulness techniques, this outdoor workshop will help you learn how to de-stress and feel happier. Easy yoga-inspired stretches will be incorporated between meditations to help relax the body's tense hotspots like neck, shoulders and lower back.

This session is guaranteed to leave you feeling at peace, alive and rejuvenated -book your place at Sound of the Park here!

4. Sunset safari

If you’re looking for an alternative evening activity then get the family wrapped up and join us around the campfire in our private gardens in the heart of Hyde Park.

Once the sun has set head out into the Park on an evening safari led by our resident bat expert. You'll use bat detectors to listen in to their secret calls and learn how to identify which species are flying above you.

Places are limited so grab yours here.

5.  Power Pilates in the Park
