Yeotown founder Mercedes Ngoh Sieff is leading this final outdoor yoga session of the year in our secret garden in Hyde Park. We’ll be focusing on the birds of yoga, including deep stretches like crow, turkey, pigeon and flamingo.

Hyde Park Pet Cemetery opened in 1881 and became the final resting place of many dogs and cats, as well as a monkey and countless birds. The epitaphs on their stones quote everything from Shakespeare to the Bible and offer a fascinating insight into the Victorian mentality.

The exclusive tour of Hyde Park's Pet Cemetery, which is rarely open to the public, will begin at Speakers' Corner to take in Tyburn Gallows, and then continue through the park stopping off at various interesting locations, and ending the experience at the Pet Cemetery – book your place here!

This is your chance to go on a journey of gastronomic discovery with leading Health Coach Chantal Di Donato! You’ll learn all about healthy eating and nutrition whilst focusing on ways to boost your immune system this winter.

You’ll prepare (and taste!) wonderful winter smoothies, power breakfasts and delicious super immune booster soups, as well as devising your very own personal menu plan to take away with you so you can keep eating well once you get home too.

This seasonal healthy eating event takes place in Hyde Park on 12 October – book here.
