There’s no mystery, no jargon and no religion involved. We're offering you the chance to get your meditation practice on track by using this easy to learn technique.

Get Headspace in The Royal Parks

It’s so important to get out into nature, especially in a city. We believe parks are the best place to go and find some headspace. Research has shown that connecting with nature has many benefits and can help lift your mood and reduce feelings of stress and tension.

In partnership with Headspace, we created our very own walking meditation designed for The Royal Parks and in 2012 and 2013, we held a series of Headspace events at the Isis Education Centre at The LookOut in London’s Hyde Park, led by Andy Puddicombe, co-founder of Headspace.

Hundreds of you came along to learn more about meditation and to experience getting some Headspace within a Park setting. Find out more from our blog.
