Projects

From private donors to corporate foundations, the generosity of all our supporters have enabled us to do projects to benefit London's amazing Royal Parks.

Here are some of the projects our American Friends have supported so far...

Ornamental and drinking fountains

Tiffany Fountain in St James s Park with a Tiffany & Co bowThe Royal Parks Foundation (USA) was launched in 2011 with a wonderful gift of $1.25m from The Tiffany & Co Foundation which enabled us to launch Tiffany Across the Water.

With the gift, we were able to restore the glorious Italian Gardens in Kensington Gardens, a historical water fountain in St James's Park and many of the drinking fountains across all eight Royal Parks.

Grosvenor Square September 11th Memorial Garden

Grosvenor Square in London, which is bordered on its west side by the U.S. Embassy, is home to a permanent memorial garden to those who lost their lives in the terrorist attacks on 11 September 2001.

At the request of the families, the garden features British and American species planted side-by-side and contains a wooden pavilion where the names of all the UK citizens who lost their lives are listed.

The Royal Parks Foundation in London holds an endowment fund for the Garden, which is also supported by US Friends.
